The Anti - Christ
REV 13:1-10

1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marvelled and followed the beast.
4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?"  5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. 6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.  7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.  8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear. 10 He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. NKJV

Introduction
I want you to understand me this morning. I heard about a pastor who announced he was going to California. A lady church member came up to him and said I have a boy in California and I have not heard from him in over a year. If by chance you see him will you tell him his mother wants to hear from him? The pastor asked "what's his name," and she said "John Dunn."

So this minister drove down a California street and saw a building with the letters Dunn and Dunn. He went into the building and asked the receptionist if they had a John in their building and she said "yes just down the hall." As he walked down the hall a man came out of the rest room, and he asked him "are you done?" The man replied "yes." So this preacher said "you need to call your Mother she is worried about you."

Obviously that preacher did not really understand the situation. In this sermon I want to point out to you the possibility of a Satanic Trinity.

Satanic Trinity

Satan, The Anti-God The dragon. Rev 12:9
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. (KJV)

AntiChrist, The Anti - Christ Rev 13:3-5
3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. 4 And they worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. (KJV)

The False Prophet. The Anti Holy Spirit. Rev. 13:14-15
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.  15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

In this message we will see several indications of scripture pointing to the Anti Christ

1. The . . Parentage of the AntiChrist. Rev 13:1-2

1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.

Rev 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. (KJV)

        1. This Beast Looks a lot like the Dragon.
1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, . . . "
        2. Crowns - diadems.
". . . having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a
            blasphemous name."

Rev 12:3 Satan, Rev 13:1 The AntiChrist, Rev 19:11-12 Jesus

Rev 19:11-12 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. (KJV)

B. Family . . Lineage. Rev 13:2 a 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion.. . . "

Dan 7:3-6 3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. 4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it. 5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. 6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it. (KJV)

        1. A Real Person
        2. A Representative Person.

C. Family . . Legacy. Rev 13:2 b ". . . The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and
    great authority."

2. The . . Popularity of the AntiChrist. Rev 13:3-4
3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marvelled and followed the beast. 4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?"

A. The Reason . . for His Popularity. v 3 a
3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed.. . ."

        a. Acts 1:25 to take part in this ministry and apostleship from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place." NKJV

        b. John 17:12 12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your name. Those whom You gave Me I have kept; and none of them is lost except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. NKJV

        c. 2 Thess 2:3 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, NKJV

The question then arises, when was "Antichrist" on the earth before? If Judas and Antichrist are one and the same the enigma is solved. When Judas was on the earth, he WAS; when Judas went to his "Own Place" he "WAS NOT"; when Judas comes back from the "Abyss" he will be--THE ANTICHRIST. The Author does not insist on this view of Judas and Antichrist being correct, but with open mind he accepts it, because it seems to be the only logical solution of both Judas and Antichrist being called the "SON OF PERDITION." B. The Result . . of His Popularity. v 3 b - 4
". . .And all the world marvelled and followed the beast. 4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?"
